The caller didn’t even bother to identify themselves.

Yesterday, I received a phone call from 1st Response, claiming their records indicated that I'd been in an accident. I straightaway informed them that they had made a mistake. Now, they've just rung me up again from this number - once more, it's 1st Response on the line.
