He told me my router had sent alerts about some issue that might be slowing my internet. He asked if my router was turned on, and I said no. Then he told me to switch it on and tell him what lights were on. I asked if he had my account info, which he said yes to. Then I asked him to say who he was exactly, and suddenly he just ended the call. I’m pretty sure it was a scam.
