I've been inundated with calls regarding our mobile phone upgrade. The moment I tried to ask a few questions, it became clear that these callers aren’t affiliated with Orange in any way. They’re rather unhelpful and won’t share any solid information or transfer me to a manager. It's all quite frustrating! I think I’ll reach out to Orange directly to discover how they managed to get hold of our details in the first place.

It’s likely linked to Orange since I recently switched my phone plan through them and noticed the revised tariff on my billing statement! I must say, their service was quite impressive - very quick and streamlined! I wouldn’t hesitate to go with them again!
