Got a call early morning at about 9am, some bloke saying I owed £1790 to HMRC and that there was a tax warrant out against me. Total scam, trying to trick me into handing over personal info. The guy said his name was Simon and was pushing me to sort out the "problem" right away, even gave me case and warrant numbers - all made up. Thankfully, I didn’t fall for it and never gave them my bank stuff. Just a heads up, block that number and don’t answer if you get a call like this!
