This number rang a moment ago but I didn't pick up because my phone flagged it as "Possible Scam" so I've gone ahead and blocked it. Lately I've been getting loads of scam calls so I always look up numbers before answering. Honestly, BT should just deactivate any numbers that keep getting flagged as dodgy, since they're the ones assigning them to customers. Best to give this one a miss!!!

They told me it wasn’t their problem and sent me to the fraud department, who said the same thing. Honestly, it felt like talking to a wall and I might as well have chatted to the postman for all the good it did. So if these shady types ring you, don’t expect much help - you’re pretty much on your own to sort it out. I gave it a go, but nothing came of it.

Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent around 7.20pm on 27th May 2021. He was rambling about some maths results, then suddenly asked if there were kids living here between reception class and year ten. I told him no, nothing like that here, and ended the call. It felt pretty suspicious, maybe even a bit unsafe. So if you get a ring from this number, best to keep your answers vague and not share anything real.
