I've been blocking these callers left, right, and centre, yet they keep managing to ring me from different numbers. Honestly, I've probably blocked around six various digits just this week!
Turns out it's a PPI firm drumming up business.
Once you pick up, they seem to collect your number for their little database, which is terribly annoying. The best bet is to dodge any calls from numbers you don’t recognise. If it’s genuinely urgent, they'll leave a voicemail, won’t they?

This number keeps pestering me with calls, but as soon as I pick up, there's nothing but silence before they disconnect. Quite annoying, really!
