I recently had a rather patronising phone conversation with a PPI representative. At first, I was quite civil and requested that my name be taken off their calling roster. However, things took a turn when she insisted I was failing to grasp the purpose of her call, which really got my back up. Does anyone know which company this might be? I'm keen to lodge a complaint with the relevant financial authorities, be it the FCA, FSA or whatever they go by these days.
