Someone rang me saying they were from the DWP about a work capability assessment, but they didn't even have the right name of the person they were supposed to be contacting. They got pretty much all the claim details wrong and told me a supposed appointment was cancelled, which wasn’t true at all. Plus, this "John" bloke never even checked if he was speaking to the right individual!

I got a call from someone saying I had an assessment, but I told them it wasn't actually until the following week. They didn’t say which part of the company they were with. I just marked the number as spam or maybe even harassment.
