He claimed he was ringing on behalf of the council about some repair work to fix damp and mould issues. I explained I don’t live in a council house and have no damp problems. After that, he kept trying to find out if I rent or own my place. I told him that was personal and he just ended the call.4 yearsGot a call asking if there was any damage at my place. We had a bit of a laugh because I kept saying no, I hadn’t sued anyone or nothing like that. Then I joked maybe he meant my broom was busted - my favourite one! He didn’t seem to get that I was messing with him. Weren’t about to give him any info, that’s for sure.
