I received a call on my home phone, but it was peculiar. There was no one on the line, just an overwhelming din of voices and this jarring, repetitive clanking sound in the background. I tried to get a response, saying 'hello' a few times, but after getting no reply, I decided to hang up. Very odd indeed!

I’ve come to realise this is an absolute con. They ring you up claiming that your Sky warranty has run out, and then, surprise surprise! You’ve guessed it! Just cut the call and make sure to block the number, honestly.

I’ve had constant calls today, with no one bothering to leave a voicemail. It’s been happening all morning and around tea time too!
