Loads of annoying calls coming in twice daily for someone who doesn’t live here. I ended up reporting them to the police since it felt like harassment. They’re using some sort of auto-dialling system that switches around numbers starting with 0161 or 0115. Honestly, if you’ve got no ties to them, just get the police involved, it’s the best way to deal with it.
