When I’ve asked them to reveal their identity, they merely say they’re calling from UB-what a joke! Regardless of my numerous pleas to cease contact, they persist in ringing me multiple times a day, even late into the evening and throughout the week. It’s beyond frustrating, especially since I dispute the account they keep bringing up. Their tactics are nothing short of bullying and harassment. Honestly, this company ought to be shut down for the good of the public.
