I must say, this company has been absolutely appalling! We spent a fortnight tangled in endless calls trying to rectify the chaos they’d landed us in. Three different customer support agents later, one of them graciously stayed on the line while addressing our issues, but it was quite embarrassing to receive an apology for the dreadful manner in which we’d been treated by one of their employees. Thankfully, everything has now been resolved, but what a nightmarish experience it was! I'd highly recommend steering well clear of this place. If you're looking to contribute to a charity, do so directly-this call centre is certainly not the way to lend your support to Macmillan Cancer Support.

We are quite opposed to unsolicited calls, to say the least. When it comes to getting a new mobile or any other product, we prefer to do the searching ourselves. Our mobile number is exclusively shared with friends and family for a very good reason, making these intrusive calls feel like a blatant violation of our privacy.

On Friday, we received a missed call from this number, and they’ve tried to get in touch again today. We could tell there was some sort of relation, but nobody on the other end bothered to answer me. Not being particularly keen on unsolicited calls, I think we’ll just skip any future attempts to reach out. It’s a relief to discover that when we accidentally called them back on Tuesday, it turned out we weren’t getting scammed. I had a nagging suspicion it might be some dodgy scheme.

It prompts you to input your mobile number for removal from their listings. I've just gone ahead and completed that step, so let’s wait and see if it actually does the trick!

We're constantly being plagued by these callers, and it's becoming quite the nuisance. We’ve chosen not to answer their calls, and despite attempting to return their calls on five occasions, we’ve only encountered this message: “Hello, you’ve reached lovemarmalade.com! How may we assist you today?” They seem to know about our impending 3G contract expiry and have the audacity to pitch us a phone while suggesting a tenner would go to charity. Honestly, these incessant calls are really starting to get on our nerves, and we want them to cease immediately!

It’s worth noting that this crowd doesn’t seem to hand out top marks to just any old number; they save their accolades for the high-end devices. For the majority of phones, the contributions they’re dishing out range from a paltry 10p to 50p. The customer service experience has been rather disappointing, to say the least.
