It’s quite the cheek, isn’t it?

I recently settled into my new place and, lo and behold, I've been receiving several calls from the number 01254 697244. It appears to be a company called Billscutter Ltd, located on the first floor of New Park Home in Blackburn, Lancashire. Each time they've been inquiring about utility services, but their explanations seem to vary wildly. I've had about four or five calls that are all rather similar in nature-quite the mystery, if you ask me!

I've received a rather dubious call, allegedly from a company trying to persuade us to switch our electricity provider.
