These scammers couldn't care less about comments here, but they do get bothered when you actually report them to the ICO, and it only takes a minute or two on their website. Got a call from someone called Ronnie or maybe Ricky, hard to say cos of his strong Indian accent. He claimed to be from some accident helpline. I asked where he got my details from and told him I’m on the TPS list. He said he pulled my number from the motor insurance records. The moment I mentioned the TPS, he just cut me off. I've reported this number to the TPS now. I'd recommend trying to get as much info from them before hanging up to help with your complaint.

10/02/17 - Just got a call from this number, but there was no sound so I hung up straight away. I'm ex-directory and registered with TPS too. Honestly, this number needs to be flagged for harassment. Imagine if they rang someone who’d be frightened by this sort of silent call. It’s really nasty behaviour no matter what they're trying to peddle or check. Wish someone’d return the favour and give them a silent phone all day. They deserve a big fine, at minimum.
