Got on the phone to some bloke called Sam who honestly sounded proper annoyed when I said I wouldn’t pass the call onto my manager (she never takes cold calls - plus we’re on the TPS list, so why do these calls keep happening?). Over the last month and a half, this number has rung me 33 times, sometimes even 3 times in one day. About five weeks back, I blocked the number through my phone’s reject list, but they still manage to ring me every single day. I have no policies or dealings with Vitality or Pru Health, so I don’t have any claims with them. I never gave them my personal phone number, and I really don’t want to get sales calls from them at all. These calls are seriously non-stop! When will they understand that I will NEVER pick up? To Vitality Health - I’ve turned down 33 calls from you already. It’s obvious I’m not interested, so please just respect my privacy and stop bothering me!
