Got a call from someone saying they were from BT Broadband, said there was a problem and asked us to open a window on our computer to stop strangers messing with our internet. When we asked why this was even happening to start with, the woman got really annoyed and impatient. Pretty clear it was a scam, the number was faked and it probably came from India or somewhere like that.
