This number has been ringing my phone incessantly, yet every time I answer, there’s just silence on the other end. I can hear what sounds like an office buzzing in the background though. Just the other day, I tried to return their call, and they insisted on getting my name and a few other details before we could proceed with any conversation. Needless to say, I declined to chat with them! It's been a ridiculous twenty-five rings over the past couple of days and still counting... What a nuisance!

So, we decided to call back and ended up chatting with someone from PDC, a company that offers advice on debt consolidation and similar services. They claimed that our information had been sourced from a recent survey we completed concerning debt. While we do remember filling out a survey, we distinctly recall opting out of any further contact. It seems they conveniently overlooked that small detail!
