I had an unpleasant encounter with a rather rude gentleman who called me regarding AdWords. I informed him that I wasn't interested, and he took it rather badly. The company name was something like Manchester Media or similar. Quite off-putting, to say the least!

Incredibly impolite.

I encountered an exceedingly unpleasant chap who claimed he could lower our business rates. After asking him to let me get on with my day, he just wouldn't stop rambling. I had no choice but to hang up on him. To my surprise, he rang back in a rather belligerent manner.
