I got a call from someone claiming to be with 3, but the number they were calling from didn't work when I tried ringing back. They asked for loads of my info but didn’t even know my name, which 3 always checks before security stuff. They promised 40% off my bill for a year, but because they couldn’t verify me, I knew they weren’t legit 3 reps. When I rang the number back, all I got was loud screaming on the other end. Such a weird call!
