got a call today from 01615110990. some guy said he was from coop insurance and wanted to speak to my brother. i told him my brother was at work and wouldn’t be back until after 2pm, he said he’d ring again but hasn’t so far. didn’t think much of it since my brother’s had a couple of letters from coop about his car insurance needing renewal, even though he sold his old car over a year ago and scrapped it, so he shouldn’t have to pay anything.

Got a call today from someone claiming to be from HSBC and something about Tesco too? They were asking if my husband needed help with online or phone banking. I just said no and hung up, then looked up the number on here just to be sure.

This is definitely not HSBC, it's a dodgy scammer calling - watch out! Sounds like a nice young Chinese lady, but she's just trying to trick you. She’s also using a Chinese mobile number.

Be wary of this number as it's a scammer masquerading as HSBC in an attempt to obtain your password information. I reached out to HSBC directly, and they assured me that this number does not belong to them. Please refrain from sharing any personal or sensitive information if you receive a call from this number. Stay safe!
