I keep getting calls from this bloke called Shaun, saying my brother had an accident - which he definitely hasn’t. They ring me like mad, sometimes up to 8 times a day, even though I’ve told them to stop. My brother’s got dementia and these calls are really upsetting him. I’ve tried blocking the number but somehow the calls still get through. Just today, Shaun called again and I warned him if he didn’t quit, I’d report him to the ombudsman. He just hung up on me. Now, even my nephew’s had a call from Shaun about the same nonsense. I’m really curious how Shaun got hold of all our phone numbers and need to find a way to make it stop.
