I'm receiving incessant calls, claiming that my brother has been involved in an accident, which is simply not true. They bombard us with calls-sometimes as many as eight a day! Despite making it clear that these calls must cease, the nuisance persists. My brother suffers from dementia, and these calls are distressing for him. I've gone ahead and blocked the number, but they still manage to get through. Just today, I received another call from the same individual, a chap named Shaun, who keeps harassing us. I warned him that I'd lodge a complaint with the ombudsman if he didn't stop, yet he just hung up on me. To make matters worse, my nephew has also been contacted by Shaun about this ridiculous accident story. It's baffling how Shaun has acquired our phone numbers, and I'm eager to find out how to put an end to this madness.
