Someone from this number rang me up and just asked for R, which is my first name, but didn’t bother with my last name. They said they were from some group called "The Citizen’s Helpline" and said I had big debts that weren’t sorted out. They offered help with the debts but it all sounded dodgy to me. Definitely felt like a scam.
