They keep ringing me non stop, and whenever I answer with a simple hello, there's just silence on the other end. Later on, my phone blows up with calls from all sorts of strange numbers. Honestly, I’m not sure what to make of it at this point.

Got a call saying my PPI claim was successful and then they tried to get me to verify my house number! I just ended the call straight away!

Got a call from this Manchester number with a strange code - no noise on the line when I answered. As soon as you pick it up, they mark you as active. About an hour later, I got another call from a mobile starting with 07369. Watch out for this one!

Calls from this number are dodgy, probably some Manchester code scam. If you try ringing back, the number’s dead, no one there. It's just one of those silent calls to check if you pick up. When you do, they figure out you respond to these Manchester codes, then hit you up from different numbers later on. Best just to ignore, block and report any of these silent calls to Ofcom. Don’t waste your time!

I picked up and the caller just ended the call straight away, sounds like one of those traps trying to get you to phone back and then charge you loads!
