11 yearsLately, I’ve been getting calls like this quite often, and I usually ignore them, but today I got two calls within an hour from the same kind of caller. Both times, the person claimed I’d been involved in an accident and wanted to help me with a claim. Thankfully, I haven’t been in any accident at all. I asked the guy if he actually knew I’d had one, maybe he could tell me when it supposedly happened since he seemed to have more info than me. After that, he got really offended and called me rude and disgusting just because I joked that maybe I had amnesia from this "accident." He kept going on about how wrong I was to say that and how disgusting I was, even though I’d politely requested to be removed from their calling list multiple times before. I normally don’t get cheeky with callers, and I don’t think I was out of line this time either. I told him I hoped the call was being recorded because he absolutely wasn’t respecting the CUSTOMER (that’s me). Then he ended the call by calling me a BITCH.
