I've received four calls from this number in the past week, and I’m definitely not behind on anything - had my eye test just three weeks back! When I confronted them about why their records aren't up to date, all I got was a half-hearted apology. Just a moment ago, I got yet another call, which prompted me to search for their number. When I mentioned that I had already had my appointment this year, they seemed uninformed about the specifics of my records, proving to be rather vague. They promised to make an update, but how do I know what details they'll log? It all feels rather dubious to me.
