Oh, sure... a call from the security team at the bank, they say. But which bank exactly? Sounds fishy to me!

I picked up the phone and after a brief pause, a lady with a strange accent named Grace started talking. She claimed to be from BT and told me my broadband had somehow been switched from private to public. I just said "Yeah, right" and she hung up on me straight away.
