I've been receiving daily calls from this number for over a week now! The first time I wasn't able to answer, and it went straight to voicemail. When I eventually checked my messages, there was an automated voice claiming to be from "Capital Recoveries," urging me to return their call. However, I can assure you that all my council tax, water, and gas bills are well sorted with direct debits, so there’s absolutely no reason for a debt agency to be getting in touch with me! Even when I do pick up, I’m met with the exact same pre-recorded message, which repeats endlessly before abruptly hanging up! It appears that their little scam only seems to function if someone attempts to call them back, which I absolutely refuse to do. I've been duped, hacked, and tricked far too many times in the past for simply trying to be decent and law-abiding! It’s infuriating to think these numpties could instead apply their so-called "skills" and resourcefulness to more constructive ventures, instead of preying on unsuspecting individuals and fleecing them of their hard-earned money! 😔
