01604686051 Summary (Read all comments)
Phone number โ๏ธ 01604686051 ๐ is reported as a persistent debt collection company calling repeatedly, often for individuals who do not recognise the firm or owe any known debt. Many complain about receiving calls and messages with incorrect names or details, causing annoyance. Some suggest Clarity is connected to well-known debt collectors and use pressuring tactics that rely on people being unaware of their legal standing. Others found the callers polite and helpful, saying they offer support if you owe money. However, the companyโs calls are generally seen as intrusive, with no prior letters sent, leading some to ignore them altogether. There is a general sense that these collectors operate aggressively but lack legal power to enforce debts without your involvement.

10 yearsI've just had another call from these folks, and they're leaving yet another message for someone who has never set foot in this place. It's becoming increasingly irksome! I truly wish they’d sort out their details before they start hounding unsuspecting individuals!10 yearsI've been receiving calls from this number for the past week, and neither of us have a clue who it might be. It seems like they're somehow getting hold of my details. They keep popping up with an international number, which is rather odd!10 yearsI've received a call from this number, and the callers left a voicemail indicating they're from "Clarity," claiming they've got an important message for us. They even followed up with a text saying they wish to discuss some correspondence supposedly sent to us. Frankly, I have no clue who these individuals are, nor have I ever heard of their company before. I'm baffled as to how they came by our information or what their intentions might be. Honestly, we have no desire to return their call either! ๐11 yearsAbsolutely! I've had the misfortune of receiving calls from those wretched debt collectors at Clarity Solutions. They're just like all the other leeches in this sordid trade, like Cabot, Churchwood, Intrum, Lowell, Moorcroft, Scotcall, Srj, Westcott, and so forth. Honestly, it's best to just brush them off; they don’t have any real bite.Clarity SolutionsCabotChurchwoodIntrumLowellMoorcroftScotcallSrjWestcott11 yearsAbsolutely, I can vouch for that. They are indeed debt collectors, but quite surprisingly, they approach the situation with a level of empathy that’s often missed in such lines of work. If you find yourself in a tricky financial spot, it's wise not to procrastinate about settling your debts. These folks genuinely aim to assist rather than merely chase payments. A close friend of mine had a rather favourable experience with them, and I just felt compelled to share this perspective!11 yearsIt’s rather puzzling, isn’t it? Just when you think you’ve found a trustworthy service, you discover they’re employing dodgy methods to reel you in. Honestly, these blokes are just con artists in disguise. Best to steer clear of them altogether!11 yearsI’ve received the very same call mentioning someone named Ruth too. I’m tempted to just brush it off completely. Haven’t seen any letters or anything of the sort, mind you.Ruth11 yearsI've got the same sort of call lately and decided to do a bit of digging online. Turns out, this lot has a website indicating they're debt collectors. Not giving them the time of day! Plus, I haven't received any letters from them, so they can shove it!12 yearsJust received a call from that same number, what a nuisance! I haven’t had any correspondence or anything else from them. The voicemail was rather vague, merely asking if it was regarding a bill or if it pertained to someone else. They suggested pressing two for the other person. Quite baffling, really!12 yearsCLARITY seems to persist in making calls, albeit showing an international code. I suggest dropping a note to get them to dial 01604 686051!CLARITY12 yearsI've just received the same thing myself. It appears that these folks have tracked down the wrong person! However, I must say, the person on the other end of the line was quite pleasant. ๐ Cheers!12 yearsI’ve got a hunch that Clarity, this debt collections outfit, is linked to Cabot Finance! They’ve been relentless, bombarding me with calls-three times a day, at least, for nearly three years now. The fact that the majority of you seem oblivious to who Clarity is does point towards something quite concerning. It hints at the possibility that this firm, like many others in the debt collection game, could be what’s known as a “third-party interloper.” In simple terms, this refers to a company or individual that may have acquired your debt or is attempting to collect on behalf of your original creditor. Yet, let’s get one thing straight: the law is abundantly clear regarding this. A third-party interloper lacks the legal standing to demand payment from you. In essence, they can't simply buy a debt and then expect you to reimburse them for what they forked out. If they choose to acquire your debt, that’s on them-there's no contract binding you to them. Why does this matter? Well, it boils down to contractual law; without a direct contract between you and the debt collector, they have no legal grounds to pursue you for money. So, while it’s true that you might owe something to the original creditor, the debt collection agency has no lawful claim over your finances. Often, these debt collection firms hire solicitors to act on their behalf, yet, again, the law is on your side in this situation. They operate under the assumption that you’re uninformed about your rights and will likely succumb to their pressure tactics. But watch this-you dig your heels in and say, “Take me to court if you dare,” and you’ll see that they won’t. Why? Because they know they’re just a third-party interloper without the legal authority to initiate a claim against you, and they’re all too aware of it. That’s why they won’t follow through with their empty threats. I’m not suggesting that ignoring your debts is the way forward, as it could certainly have repercussions on your credit score. However, if you find yourself unable to pay due to genuine financial hardship, remember: they lack any lawful authority to demand payment from you as a third-party entity. Furthermore, in line with British law, if you reach out to a debt collection firm, it could be perceived as you entering into a contract with them, thereby granting them legal jurisdiction over your situation. That’s the game they play-calling you incessantly, hoping to get you to ring them back. Each time you do, they can say you've acknowledged the debt associated with whatever reference they’ve given, thus changing the legal narrative and escalating their right to pursue you for the outstanding balance. As we venture deeper into this challenging 21st century, it’s evident that many are fighting just to get by. It’s crucial to stay informed about what’s truly happening around us and to stand firm against these practices. Best of luck to us all! Warm regards, Robin Hoody ;)ClarityCabot Finance12 yearsThese callers just won't give it a rest! They’ve been at it on the 30th of June, then the 5th, 7th, 13th, 16th, and 20th of July. Our answering machine is always on, so they’ve never had the pleasure of a proper conversation with us. All we get is a bit of crackling and then absolute silence. It's as if they're indulging in some bizarre pastime. Quite nonsensical, to be honest, as they're definitely not going to get a penny from us.13 yearsI’ve never encountered these individuals before; they rang me up and left some incorrect names.
