Somebody claiming to be from the Ross & Roberts welfare team rang my landline, which I never handed over to them, so how they got it is beyond me. I can understand if they came knocking, but calling my home phone as well is just too much. As I look after someone with severe mental health problems, this kind of constant pestering is really unsettling for both of us.

That's the 31st time I've seen this number pop up. Definitely some sort of cold call, so I've just blocked it.
