Over the past week, I've had calls from all kinds of numbers from 01603901855 right up to 01603901860. The very first call felt like one of those obvious phone upgrade tricks, so I just stopped picking up after that. It’d be great if there was a way to block whole groups of numbers like that.

I got a call from someone saying they were with 02 and wanted to talk about upgrading my phone. Since I always do upgrades in person, I said no cheers. Then a few other calls from different numbers popped up like that, about four times now, so I just block them straight away whenever they ring. Proper scam, definitely not 02 trying to offer me an upgrade!
