I got a call from a number in Norwich claiming to be O2 and saying they had a phone upgrade offer. It didn’t really feel legit so I got a bit wary and ended the call. What threw me off was them asking how much I pay on my bills, which seemed odd since surely O2 would know that already. Tried looking up any O2 offices in Norwich but couldn’t find any. Felt quite fishy to me.
