If you get a call from this number, I'd suggest not picking up because they somehow manage to make you pay £1.50 a minute. I only realised this after getting charged unexpectedly, and it really annoyed me. Best to just ignore it altogether.

As soon as I picked up, they just went off the line. This kept happening loads of times over several days.

They keep ringing non stop, I'm unwell and can't keep rushing to answer the phone every couple of minutes. Getting 3 calls a day adds up to around 10 by week's end - it's pure madness. Honestly, these calls should be banned. If someone wants to reach us, surely they can just call once, same as we'd do.

This bloke said it was a traffic survey. I told him half the time people are either working or busy, so it’s a pain having to drop everything to take these calls. He was getting all argumentative, saying he wasn’t trying to sell anything. I just told him he was wasting his breath and to not bother ringing again.

Got a really impolite lady on the phone who just hung up right in my ear once she found out the person she was asking for wasn’t around. Honestly, the managers really should be doing a better job at teaching their staff some proper phone etiquette and how to act polite on calls.
