We keep getting calls every day from some place called Defra, something about communication lines. They keep asking to speak with whoever handles the communication line on our end, saying they can help us cut expenses. Seems pretty dodgy to me, probably one of those scams.

Got a call from someone named Kelly saying they're with Defra, but working for Daisy Communications or something. She wanted to have a word with the MD about the phone line. This is the second time they’ve phoned me in two days. The other numbers they used before were 01603850103 and 01603855235.
