Got a call today at 12:35 from the number above, they actually knew my last name. They were going through some kind of script about people who are blind, saying they were calling for a charity supporting the blind. Felt really off to me.

Someone called saying they were from Sky about my internet, I told them my internet isn’t with Sky and then ended the call. About 30 minutes later, I got a silent call from 01211689069. Think it's probably the same lot ringing back. It’s illegal since I’m on the do-not-call list.

Charity for the blind. Was trying to figure out if they needed help. They rang me a few times so I finally called back. The person on the other end just went on and on mumbling stuff I couldn’t really catch at first. After asking a few questions, I worked out it was some blind charity. I told them I couldn’t assist, thanks though, and they were fairly polite and said cheers before hanging up. So yeah, if you’re not up to donating to a blind charity then it’s just a bit annoying. Fingers crossed now I’ve called back and said no, they won’t bother me again, but who knows.

I rang the number back using a different landline and when someone picked up, they started reading off a scripted spiel, saying their name and that they were representing the mib. It was weird since they implied they were calling me, but I was actually the one who dialled them. When i stayed quiet, they then asked if they were talking to dylan, which just shows they had no clue who was on the line or even if the call was coming in or going out!
