Today at about 11:41am, I got a call from this number. A woman’s automated voice told me there was a problem with my internet that needed sorting in the next day or so (seems like a common trick these days). They claimed to be from BT, which really puzzles me as I’m ex-directory and only a few mates have my number. Plus, the call came from an 01603 code, which is local to me. How are they getting away with this? Isn’t this against the rules?
