Initially, they pretended to be reaching out about a cashback initiative. However, they were armed with outdated details - think old address and incorrect title. Then they went on about my timely bill payments, which left me confused. Since when did shopping at Tesco and Sainsbury’s count as bills I could neglect? It’s a complete fraudulent operation! If you get a call from them, I’d recommend ignoring it, blocking their number, or just having a laugh at their expense if you’re the playful sort like Joe Lycett.

Yet another silent caller today, and once more, they didn’t bother to leave a message on my voicemail. What a nuisance!

As i answered the phone, the person just hung up straight away. Ive been getting loads of strange calls recently, and I think some might be connected to some shady scam centre that tracks who picks up, probably to build a list of private numbers to share with other scammers ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿ˜ก

Had this number call me a bunch of times saying I’m owed money back on my electricity bill. They kept asking for my bank sort code, which seemed dodgy. I just hung up each time, but they kept ringing back with the same story. In the end, I blocked the number to stop it.
