Zenith called me asking to use photos they took about 5 years back, promising a £500 cheque in cash. They wanted to pop by tomorrow to snap some close-up pics, but as soon as I mentioned the scaffolding all over my house right now, they just hung up. From what I've seen others saying, they were probably just after another quote. Honestly, if you get a missed call from them, it's best just to block it!

Zenith keep ringing nearly every couple days but when you pick up, no-one says a word. The worst bit is they leave the line open on their side, so our phone gets blocked for up to a minute each time. Since our number is connected to lifeline, having the phone tied up like that is really risky and could be serious in an emergency.

Zenith mentioned something about using pictures of fascia and similar jobs they did 5 years back. They say if they put these in a brochure you get £500. Then they wanna visit to give a quote for other work, and that quote lasts for 2 years. Seems like a sneaky way to dodge cold call laws by pointing to old jobs. If you’re daft enough to ask for a quote, prepare for them to keep pestering you non stop!

This number has rung me twice now, claiming to be from the firm that’s taken over Zenith Windows. I reckon it’s the same bloke each time. When I politely declined, he just wouldn’t accept my answer. He got quite rude and then just hung up on me. Not long after, he called again, telling me that I was rude for not answering his questions. Quite annoying.
