Like the person before me said, I got a dodgy call saying my "Amazon Prime" was up for renewal at £39.99 - which is nonsense because I haven’t even got an Amazon Prime account to begin with!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon, telling me I had to decide whether to cancel or renew my Prime membership. They said the price had gone up to £39.99 a month, which sounded fishy, plus the caller had a really strong Indian accent. I had a quick look at my actual Prime account and it’s still £7.99 per month. Pretty sure this was a scam.
