7 yearsSome bloke rang claiming he was from the 'meter reading team' saying my previous reading was off and I’d paid for the wrong postcode - my error apparently. He said he had to fix the info and give me new payment details. I asked what supplier we were with and he rattled off about ten different ones. Problem is, we’re not with any of them, and he couldn't even say if it was for gas or electricity.
