This was indeed Skillstrain. They offer training programmes. I may have missed a couple of calls from them, but eventually, I was able to get in touch. They were quite helpful when I reached out with my questions. I wanted to clarify if they conduct cold calling, and they assured me that they do not. Their policy is to only respond to individuals who inquire about the training.
