It must be Skills Train, I reckon. During a survey, we specifically inquired about our plans for retraining, and I believe we marked 'electrician' as an option. It's rather peculiar that no message was left behind. Perhaps it was more cost-effective for them to simply hang up, or maybe they’re just not quite equipped to answer calls effectively. Maybe they're just wasting their own time by not responding directly instead of having to pass us onto an operator to explain things later on.

We’ve been inundated with around thirty calls daily from these folks. After sending off a request for information roughly six months ago (which is why we provided our address details), we were expecting a response. But lo and behold, nothing came through! Then, about three to four weeks later, the phone started ringing incessantly during my work hours - around thirty calls a week! Not a single one of them has taken the time to leave a message to clarify their identity or what exactly they are after. It’s downright frustrating!

I reached out to them regarding some training and professional development options for the office, and I must say, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
