I’m leaning towards the idea that this guy might have some sneaky fees on his account that he isn’t even aware of???

Got a call from a guy called Kevin, sounded really Asian and had a strong accent. He said something about secret fees from my bank, but I couldn’t make out what department he was from ‘cause of his accent. When I asked him what bank he was with or who exactly he worked for, he just wouldn’t say. I told him that’s a matter for the bank to deal with, then he just ended the call. Proper dodgy if you ask me!
