This is a complete fraud! I've received messages about a timeshare, supposedly covering the maintenance of a villa which I actually no longer possess. It's definitely a scam, pure and simple!

I received a call from someone purporting to be representing the European Commission, talking about time shares and some mysterious EOP (European Order of Payment). They were alarmingly persuasive, leaving me quite unsettled. After doing a bit of digging, it seems this might be an elaborate scam. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of any such calls!
