Could be pretty dodgy or at the very least annoying. I got a weird call claiming to do a 'Brexit survey', but the caller had a strong Eastern European accent and spoke terrible English. When I asked where they got my number from, they got really frustrated. It felt like some kind of scam or maybe worse, so I just ended the call without saying more. Definitely suspecting it was an attempt at stealing personal info.
