First Port, the housing management firm, is not exactly the kind of establishment one would want to be entangled with. Honestly, I'd advise steering clear of any properties they oversee. It’s best to look elsewhere if you're thinking of making a purchase!

This is my inaugural review for First Port, and I just have to say—what a load of utter rubbish they are. Honestly, it's appalling that this company is even allowed to operate. I don't quite understand how they manage to skirt the law; it feels like they’re playing a shady game. Truly, it's disgraceful behaviour from what seems like a bunch of charlatans.

Initially, I wasn't aware that this was meant for reviews. I called them because the sole entrance to the building wouldn’t budge from the outside. Unfortunately, they’ve been utterly unhelpful! What fantastic assistance they provide!

I rang 1471 to find out who had been in touch, and was told there was a message prompting me to call back by pressing 3. It's clear it's a dodgy scheme! I steer clear of returning these sorts of calls.
