Avoid buying any property handled by First Port Housing Management. They are honestly some of the worst folks you could end up working with. Really wouldn’t recommend dealing with them at all.

I got a call from first port and honestly, what a joke of a company. If you answer, don’t hold back and tell them how terrible they are. It’s shocking they can operate like this, feels like total scam artists to me. Really disgusting behaviour all around.

So I called First Port 'cause the one door to our building wouldn’t open from the outside, but I had no idea it was actually a feedback line. They totally refused to help me, which was pretty frustrating. Not exactly what I expected from them!

I rang 1471 to find out who had been in touch, and was told there was a message prompting me to call back by pressing 3. It's clear it's a dodgy scheme! I steer clear of returning these sorts of calls.
