They phoned me a couple of times, even though I didn’t pick up. Anyway, they called again later on. Sounds like some kind of scam to me. Watch out - I looked into those numbers starting with 101 that seem like they’re from Luton landlines, but apparently they’re all sold off and rerouted through Google and messaging apps. Definitely scammers using them.
