The chap on the line attempted to insist that it was merely a marketing call, not a sales pitch, even though it was clearly Penicuik Windows on the other end.

I picked up the phone when this number rang, only to find a call centre agent in the midst of a conversation with a colleague. The chap was rambling on about a previous call, and not in a particularly flattering manner! He was throwing around some rather colourful language and insults. Quite unprofessional, really.
