Got a call from someone claiming to be Sky, sounded like it was from a call centre with loads of noise in the back and a really choppy way of talking, like she was reading off a script. She said my broadband was running slow and offered some free help to speed it up. I do have Sky broadband, and yeah, it's not the best, but I wasn’t up for chatting about it. When I started asking questions, she just abruptly ended the call.
