i got calls from someone saying they were with virgin media, saying there was a problem with my router i wasnt aware of. he kept ringing me back every few mins but used loads of different numbers each time. when i told him i wasn’t comfortable sharing any personal or security details, he got annoyed. he just said he could help me by guiding me through some steps to make my internet faster.
